Do I need an Apt?

Yes! Please make an apt on the appointments tab. We want all attention to be on you & your guests. Having an appointment allows Lovers to tailor your experience to whatever it is you are looking for. 

How many people can I bring to my Apt?

We have a max of 4 guests per apt. 

How can I prepare for my apt?

Please come to your appointment with proper undergarments. We suggest wearing a strapless nude bra, seamless nude underwear, as well as any shapewear you’d like to wear under your dress if you choose to do so. PLEASE do not fake tan the day of / the day before coming in. These dresses are very delicate, it is crucial that you tan & shower at least 48 hours before coming in. Dresses damaged by tanning lotions or sprays will be your responsibility to purchase. Hair ties & clips are great to bring along to get the full view/ effect of your dress, as well as an appropriate pair of shoes.

What can I expect in the fitting rooms?

Our dresses are delicate! Our stylist will join you in the fitting room to help you in and out of the gowns, so please wear what you are comfortable with underneath.

 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Lovers has a strict no returns/exchange policy. Please make sure you love your dress when you walk out the door with it!

Vintage is small. What sizes do you carry?

Lovers strives to carry an assortment of sizes, being that our inventory is vintage, dresses tend to be on the smaller side. Most of our inventory ranging from size 0-8. Sizes above that are limited, but with that being said, we try our absolute hardest to find dresses of all sizes to be inclusive to all – and can normally find something for everyone.

Will you purchase my vintage dress?

Please email us with photos of your dress, if we are interested, we will ask to see it in person. We are very picky with our selections but are always interested in well-kept dresses.
